Peru Norte is grown in the lush, high-altitude regions of Peru’s Amazonas province. Celebrated for its exceptional quality, this coffee delivers a creamy-smooth & balanced flavour profile with sweet notes of chocolate complemented by a medium body & mild acidity. Sourced from Perunor Coffee Company, the coffee is shade-grown in rich, organic soil as the farmers follow strict quality control systems, from planting to harvesting to environmental conservation. These practices are advantageous for biodiversity, birds, & the preservation of the rainforest environment.

The coffee beans go through rigorous cupping & sensory evaluation to determine properties such as aroma, acidity, flavour, body & cup-defects thereby achieving cup scores greater than 83 points as recognized by the SCA. Perunor farmers continue to meet & exceed international standards for excellence
