Costa Rica Don Claudio comes to us from the Coopeagri farmer cooperative, founded in 1962 to strengthen production and expand market access for small- and medium-sized producers. Today, Coopeagri represents more than 10,000 members and remains deeply committed to the wellbeing of its farming communities.

Beyond coffee, the cooperative leads impactful initiatives—from building medical clinics that provide accessible care for members, to expanding agronomy support and education programs. Their in-house organic fertilizer production helps farmers maintain healthy, sustainable ecosystems, ensuring both quality and longevity in their crops.

In the cup, this coffee is sweet and richly layered. Notes of milk chocolate take the lead, complemented by hints of dried fruit, subtle citrus brightness, and a smooth, nutty finish.
